The brand is the first from the Kingdom to be showcased at the iconic department store

Saudi fashion label Honayda has made its way to Harrods, one of the world’s most iconic department stores. Founded by Honayda Serafi, the brand is showcasing a curated selection of exclusive pieces on the eveningwear floor, making it the first Saudi fashion designer at the store.

The looks on display are from the brand’s  latest Autumn-Winter 2022 capsule collection, titled ‘A charm from Afghan’. Oversized tassels that are inspired by traditional Afghan clothing embellish the designs, whilst delicate feather detailing adds a feminine flair to them. For visits, you can get in touch with the brand’s personal shoppers, so they can provide you with exclusive access.

Honayda’s collections pay homage to women who have made a mark in history, such as the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who was the inspiration between the label’s Spring-Summer 2021 collection. For Autumn-Winter 2020, the designer reimagined Berber warrior Queen Dihya’s military armour, using sequins and metallic hues.

The brand has made its mark both regionally and internationally amongst celebrities, such as Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Lupita Nyong’o, Ashanti and Eve, who have worn the brand at key events.
